The meeting starts with an introduction to our New Building Process Consultant, followed by a detailed discussion on the modern build system, as well as your ideas, inspirations, requirements, house plans, and budget.

Concept and Design

The process starts with an in-depth consultation between you and our architectural designer to develop a clear project brief. Based on these discussions, we create a design concept, present it for your review, and finalize it upon your approval.

Acceptance of Estimate and Plan Preparation

Once the design-enhanced build workflow is finalized, our team will prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications for the new home.

Contract documents and council building approval

Once the design phase is finalised and approved by the client. We will then prepare contract documents, including the building contract, working drawings addendum to specification and guarantee documentation are signed. We will prepare and lodge with the Council the building consent application, including resource consent if required.

Colour selection / finishes

While your plans are with the Council, you can choose the colors and finishes for your new home. Our expert kitchen designers, color consultants, and landscape architects are ready to guide you, ensuring every detail aligns with your style preferences.

Construction and Project Management

Construction of your new home begins as soon as we receive the Council’s approved plan. We set a start date, provide an estimated timeline, and keep you informed at every stage. Once building is underway, FACL conducts regular site meetings to review the project plan, timeline, and expectations. You will make progress payments as outlined in the contract.

Completion

We will first professionally clean your new home, then conduct a thorough quality check, and after that, arrange the final inspection with the Council. Once this is completed, our Project Manager will guide you through a detailed walkthrough so that you can review every aspect of your completed home with confidence. Afterwards, we will provide you with all the necessary documentation, information packs, and manuals, as well as product warranties to ensure you have everything you need for a smooth transition into your new home.

Handover and Aftercare

A FACL representative will clearly explain the maintenance period and the terms of your guarantee, ensuring you understand all the details.

Establish new automation and delivery (CI/CD) and optimization to enhance the efficiency of software development.
