Refining
Upon approval of Concept Design, we will then proceed with the Working Drawings Agreement. We will handle all the necessary permits and approvals require for the renovation project, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. Our team manages the entire permitting process to streamline approvals and avoid delays.
Contract Signing
Once the client accepts the proposal and secures all necessary council permits and approvals, we prepare the contract documents outlining the renovation project’s terms and conditions. These documents specify the fixed quotes, scope of work, project timeline, payment schedule, and warranties. The client must make a deposit payment upon signing the contract.
